Tasty and conscious snacking from the quality croquettes of Restaurant Valuas in Venlo.

The snack culture in the Netherlands is slowly changing. There is - rightly - more attention for better quality and more healthy snacks. The Valuas Croquette was far ahead of its time, as early as 2004 Master Chef Eric Swaghoven of star restaurant Valuas in Venlo decided to develop a luxury beef croquette in which only the very best ingredients are used.

The Valuas Croquette assortment has now nearly 40 different flavors and sizes, from own production, customization to private label.

For our croquettes and bitterballen we use as much as possible sustainably and environmentally-friendly, high-quality ingredients. For example, the beef croquette contains 45% beef from the most tasteful parts of the beef, we make our asparagus croquette from the asparagus of the best growers in the region. And we fill the shrimp croquette with Dutch shrimps and use shrimp bisque as the basis for the stock. We are also very dependent on the season. Such as: kale and wood mash croquettes in winter, asparagus croquettes in spring, tomato risotto croquettes in summer and venison / game croquettes in autumn. We still roll our croquettes by hand. We won't use any added artificial substances. The result is a traditional, tasty and well-filled croquette with the most honest ingredients.

The Valuas ''Kroketterie'' also makes custom croquettes. In addition, the ''Kroketterie'' also develops other products on request and can be engaged to improve existing products. Everything, if desired, with private label!
