Delicious recipes for the croquettes and bitterballen

To enjoy our croquettes and bitterballen at home or at your office, we have listed the following serving tips with recipes especially for you. These serving tips were developed in the kitchen of Valuas and are composed in such a way that they can be made yourself in an instant.

Ingredients:

1 bunch of chives
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to season it
4 pcs. egg yolks
3 dl. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation method:

Mix the pepper, salt, lemon juice and egg yolks (beat white in the blender) together.
Cut the chives into large pieces and turn them very finely into the mix.
Slowly add 3 dl olive oil.
After tasting with salt and pepper and if you want the mayonnaise a little thinner, you can add a little more water.

Ingredients:

250 gr. cream cheese
3 pcs. eggs
1 pc. shallot
25 gr. fresh parsley
2 pcs. sour pickles
25 gr. dijon mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 dl. olive oil

Preparation method:

Boil the eggs hard, cool them down and chop them finely after peeling.
Chop the shallot.
Chop parsley.
Mix everything with mustard, olive oil and the crème cheese.
After tasting with some salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

5 gr. Curry powder
1 gr. Cayenne pepper
250 gr. 80% mayonnaise
10 gr. Vieux
50 gr. Creme fraiche
20 gr. Ginger syrup
5 gr. White wine vinegar
Pepper and salt to taste.

Preparation method:

Mix curry powder, cayenne pepper, vieux, ginger syrup, vinegar, pepper and salt.
Add mayonnaise and crème fraîche and keep cool.
Delicious with our ham and fish croquettes or the Valuas bitterbal!

Ingredients:

½ pc. lemon zest and juice
10 gr. Dijon mustard
50 gr. Olive oil
200 gr. 80% mayonnaise
Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation method:

Mix lemon zest and juice, mustard and olive oil well
Add mayonnaise and keep it cool
This is a fresh mayonnaise that goes very well with fish, including our shrimp croquettes and the fish croquettes!

Ingredients:

100 gr. Mustard
150 gr. 80% mayonnaise
White wine vinegar
Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation method:

Mix mustard, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper well with the mayonnaise.
Serve with all croquettes!
